About Us

Our store is located in Kansas City, Missouri. Owner, Mark McKellar, is a Wildlife Biologist with 40+ years of bird study. We are here to help you solve real backyard bird feeding problems like ants and bees in nectar feeders, keeping squirrels out of bird feeders, dealing with pest birds, or how to avoid seed waste and germination under your feeders. Through trusted tips, quality gear, and a family-run feel, we make bird feeding simple, joyful, and full of wonder.
